Deputy Laboratory Manager
Charissa has a background in medical research. She worked for MRC as a Research Technician in the departments of transgenics and cryopreservation. In 2007 she started as a Trainee Embryologist in Bath and also studied part time. She gained an MSc in Reproduction and Development at Bristol University in 2008, an ICSI licence in 2008 and, the ACE certificate in Clinical Embryology in 2010.
Charissa worked for BMI Healthcare (Chiltern Hospital) in 2011 and gained HCPC registration in 2013. She then moved to Holland in 2014 and gained the ESHRE clinical embryologist certification and also worked as a Locum Embryologist for a number of UK clinics.
In 2015 Charissa came back to England and started at Complete Fertility Centre. She has passed FRCPath Part 1. Charissa is a Member of the ACE Executive Committee.
