Ashlesha Sadhwani

Ashlesha Sadhwani is a Reproductive Laboratory and Quality Administrator at Complete Fertility. She gained a BSc in Microbiology and Zoology (2023) from Nagpur University, India, and an MSc in Clinical Embryology and Assisted Reproductive Technology (2024) from the University of Leeds. During her master’s, she gained specialised knowledge in IVF, cryopreservation, and embryo culture, alongside research into novel embryo culture systems. She has also gained experience in quality assurance, patient-facing roles, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Ashlesha is passionate about advancing in reproductive science while supporting patients on their fertility journey.
