Christina Baker

Miss Christina Baker is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at University Hospitals Dorset where she is the lead consultant for Early Pregnancy Care and Emergency Gynaecology.

She became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2019 after training in the Wessex region and establishing lasting links with the hospitals in the area.

Christina has advanced training in early pregnancy care and a special interest in recurrent pregnancy loss. As a consultant with extensive experience in early pregnancy ultrasound, Christina can confirm your baby is developing  in line with your expected dates. She can safely measure your baby’s heartbeat while you watch, all within a caring and supportive environment.
