
Emma Marshall
Deputy Nurse Manager and Egg Donation lead
Emma qualified as a midwife from Southampton University in 2012. She has had a varied career so far including working in the community and within the labour line. Before leaving the NHS she was working within the high dependency unit at princess Anne’s hospital labour ward.
Emma’s interest in fertility started as a student and she joined complete in September 2019. She is passionate about working within reproductive health and has built an extensive knowledge to enable her to support patients during their fertility journey
Emma is the lead midwife for our egg donation programme and enjoys helping couples create a family using donor eggs.
Emma is deputy nurse manager and is enjoying supporting junior colleagues and developing the nursing team. Emma is responsible for inducting and training new members of staff and helping them become part of the team.
Outside of the clinic Emma enjoys spending time with friends and walking her dog Stanley and her favourite food is Pizza.
